Privacy notice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• your name and email address
• your company, if you provide it
• the service you are interested in and your budget range
• your project details

We also record the time of the enquiry and the page it was sent from.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any business relationship that follows. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), which processes the data on our behalf. Access is limited to signed-in members of our team.

Third-party services

The “Book a call” link takes you to Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Anything you enter there is handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy.

Job applications are made through external forms linked from each role on our careers page. Those forms are separate from this website, and the information you submit through them is held by the service that provides the form.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not use third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from an external provider. The only browser storage the site uses is to keep our staff signed in to the admin area.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage the business relationship.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email create@octech.agency and we will respond to your request.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
